HOW WE DESIGN YOUR JERSEYS?

We provide multi-array of design consultation services, from concept realization to pattern development to sampling.

 

Ozz Vampo Design Terms & Conditions

A) Jersey Design - Package A (RM120.00)

Concepts:
Within seven (7) business days of receiving a completed design questionnaire form and payment, We (Ozz Vampo) will create up to two (2) different jersey concepts. Jersey designs will be submitted for your review via E-mail unless otherwise stated. Upon receipt of your feedback on these designs, we will deliver your jersey design and make needed changes to the selected favourite​ of the two (2) designs, based on the following terms:

File Delivery:
After the final jersey design is approved, it will be sent to you in .png format with a file size of 200px. We will only deal with one (1) named person-in-charge, per order, at a time. The person-in-charge is responsible for communicating all the requirements needed to our designer. Direction given from a third party will not be entertained. We reserve the ownership rights to all finished products, including the source files used to produce the finished product.

Revision Allowable​:
Up to three (3) rounds of revision is allowed, specifically the size, color and position of existing patterns ​stated during design questionnaire submission. Further revisions will incur additional cost at our then hourly rate (currently RM60.00).

Revision Duration (Customer)​:
All revision directions must be given simultaneously and within three (3) working days after receiving the 1st mock up. Revision Duration (Ozz Vampo)​: Revised mock up will be given to customer within three (3) working days after receiving complete revision directions from customer.

Final Design Confirmation​:
Must be given in writing via E-mail.

Delays:
Illness, injury, or other events beyond our control, such as: fire, theft, computer failure, and acts of God may result in delays.

B) Logo Design - Package B (RM60.00)

Concepts:
Within seven (7) business days of receiving a completed design questionnaire form and payment, we will create up to two (2) different logo concepts. Logo designs will be submitted for your review via E-mail unless otherwise stated. Upon receipt of your feedback on these designs, we will deliver your logo design and make needed changes to the favorite​ of your two (2) designs, based on the following terms:

File Delivery:
After the final logo design is approved, it will be sent to you in .png format with a file size of 200px. Person-In-Charge (PIC)​: We will only deal with one (1) person per order at a time. The person is responsible for communicating all the requirements needed to our designer. Direction given from any third party will not be entertained.

Ownership:
Ozz Vampo reserves the rights to all finished product, including the source files used to produce the finished product.

TIPS TO FOLLOW:

  1. Make your research according to your design requirement and provide us pictures which inspires you.
     
  2. Ask yourself ‘What is your design requirement?’ by answering these questions:
    1. What is the design job for? For example: a school event, football team, etc.
    2. What inspires your team?
    3. Is there a specific mascot that represent your event/ team?
    4. What colors inspire you? We recommend using a maximum of 2 to 3 colors only
    5. What is the required jersey collar type? round neck or mandarin collar?
       
  3. For team orders:
    1. Make sure only one (1) person is in-charge of giving us the direction
    2. Obtain approval from person or party who has the final say on the design? For example, your Sponsor.
    3. Discuss and finalize your team designs with all team members. Otherwise, obtain the agreement from the team captain and key team members
       
  4. Providing revision directions;
    1. What is the total quantity required?
    2. Finalize all the jersey sizes required? For example: From size XS to XL only. Check the size-charts at our website.
    3. Do you need any other accessories like shorts and socks?
       
  5. For custom printing orders:
    1. When is your dateline?
    2. What is the team’s budget?
    3. What are the total quantities required?
       
  6. Keep your direction simple and straightforward.
  7. Use only E-mail to communicate and document your revision directions for the purpose of easy documentation and tracking.
